HelpMe.exe is a stand alone executable file that requires no installation and can be run without administrator privileges. Windows 9x / 2000 / XP / and Vista are supported.

HelpMe.exe will only allow connections to your system when YOU execute the program. OBS support staff will NOT be able to connect to your system without your permission and participation.
